Tis the Season - (Replay: Am I really Done with Christmas Shopping?)

This week on the podcast, I'm re-playing an episode from a few years ago on holiday shopping and what might might really be going on when we feel this pressure to do and have more. I address many of the same themes of intention, managing expectations, scarcity, and self-worth.

As you walk down the aisles of Target or throw more things into your Amazon cart over these next few weeks, I want to encourage you to pause and dig a little deeper into what might be going on in your own world so you can better understand ourselves. The goal being to help shift our perspectives a bit so we can consciously choose to opt out of the overwhelm that comes with this time of year.
