Zorya Belanger is a real estate investor in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and a mom of 2 (a 3 year old son and 8 week old daughter). She’s a former professional engineer who’s been focusing on real estate investing full time after having her first child. Zorya and her husband, Patrick, are the owners of BREI Properties and have been investing for over six years, focusing on Joint Ventures, Single-family, and Multi-family Investing.
