Amit Kumar is President and CEO, Anixa Biosciences, a Silicon Valley based biopharmaceutical company focused on the prevention and treatment of cancer and now developing novel treatments for COVID-19. Using high performance computing, molecular modeling and virtual testing techniques, Anixa is focusing exclusively on the genetics and machinery of the virus and developing a new drug from scratch that targets the operation of the virus itself and can be formulated as a pill.
