BONUS: Half Baked Harvest cookbook author Tieghan Gerard

Sometimes I like to have people on the show just to inspire or share something cool they're doing. I am super excited to welcome Tieghan Gerard, because I have followed her food blog Half Baked Harvest for years now. 

Tieghan started her (massively popular and insanely beautiful) website Half Baked Harvest when she was NINETEEN years old. Now she runs the whole empire with the help of her family. 

She also has a new cookbook out called Super Simple: More than 125 Recipes for Instant, Overnight, Meal-Prepped, and Easy Comfort Foods. 

In our short chat, Tieghan and I talk about what cooking and food should be, and how her new book is a direct response to her follower's requests for good food that is super simple.
