Voodoo Power Paul Kolody, Hunterdon Central Strength Coach
Coach Kolody is the Head Strength and
Conditioning Coach at Hunterdon Central
Regional High School. He is also the owner of
Advantage Performance Training, where Coach Kolody specializes in Strength and Conditioning, Speed, Agility, Stability, Mobility, and flexibility to help in Sport preparedness and injury mitigation. Prior to Hunterdon Central Kolody was the Manager of Sports Performance & Rehabilitation Manager of Somerset Medical Center. He also served as a GA for Bridgewater State College . Coach Kolody has a master’s degree in Exercise Science from Bridgewater State and a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Pfeiffer University. Along with all his other pursuits Kolody is active in the NHSSCA and has hosted the New Jersey State Clinic, He also Co-Hosts the New Jersey High School Strength Podcast
