I am a Lacrosse Player From Katy Texas, and it all went from there.
1) Describe a learning situation that brought about an epiphany in your career
Jan 2014, a conversation with Luke Summers on how he was teaching movements, and not looking at the overall connection to the entire training program.
2) If you could ask one questions and you know you would get the answer what would that be and why?
What is the motivation behind people to work through this profession to find “that spot”?
3) What’s your escape?
Writing about the crazy adventures with my friends.
