Today on the show we have a very special guest and his name is Steve Jordan. Steve is a celebrity personal trainer in Los Angeles where he has been running his studio for 10 years. His clients have included Jordan Belfort, Tobey Maguire, Arianna Huffington, Brad Paisley, Amy Poehler, Barry Zito, Quincy Jones, and many many more. We talked about what it's like to work with those sorts of people, his experiences working as a trainer in the White House as a college student, hardships he has faced over his career and his life, his emergency brain surgery to essentially save his life, his experience of going from six figures in the bank to six figures in debt and then back to six figures in the bank, getting married later in life, and his new book coming out on September 23rd called "I AM Healthy and Fit (a book all about identity).
