On the surface, they appear contradictory. What does it mean to be a creative, agential being that's also connected to a larger network that one can't fully control? 

And what does that have to do with healing?

In this episode, I welcome you to the podcast by sharing what I've learned from my own journey. From a position of continued learning, rather than expertise. From authorship, rather than authority. What does healing even mean and can we ever really know? What does that process look like?
