Johnson Professor of Management and the faculty director of the Women’s Leadership Initiative at the Lerner College of Business and Economics, at the University of Delaware. Wendy has co-authored a book called Both/And Thinking, where they explore the nature of the tensions we experience and how we can use them to be productive rather than stumble over them.
