Rachel started her career as a Dental Nurse before becoming a practice manager and then deciding to re-train as a Dental Therapist. Over the last 25 years she estimates that she has worked at close to 30 locations across various part time roles in both community and dental practice. From locum positions in tiny surgeries with only 3 blunt instruments, to luxury practices with the best equipment you can find - Rachel has worked at them all.
