Tish is the owner of a national sales agency. She struggled with her weight beginning in her thirties and followed many diets. She would always lose weight, but always gain it back.
Tish also struggled with diverticulitis, which is the inflammation of one or more small pouches in the digestive tract. She experienced constant digestive pain and discomfort.
In 2018, Tish found IF through a friend who messaged her about the ways IF might help her diverticulitis. Tish’s initial goal was health not weight loss, but she lost 55 pounds in her first year. She experienced digestive relief and felt so much better.
Tish’s advice: “Always be teachable. You may need to change or shift things over time. Stay connected to the community. Be consistent.”
