She has helped millions of people create lasting, sustainable habits, and change their lives including writing a plethora of books helping humans all over the world. She dives in on helping people set boundaries around food, drink, and “diet talk,” something she discovered people really struggled with, especially in social situations, which I can totally relate to. Her ability to use her value system to show up exactly as she is and be willing to talk about the hard stuff first, is second to none.
