In her latest book – What do men want: masculinity and its discontents (Penguin 2022) – philosopher and author Nina Power offers a counter-narrative to both left- and right-wing radicalism on the issue. We also speak about the limits of individualism, liberalism and the market economy. What does liberation and emancipation mean in today’s Western society?
She’s also a senior editor of and columnist for Compact magazine, which is one of the most interesting new magazines in the last few years. We speak about several articles she’s written there:
