Caty is a Sound Healer, Reiki practitioner, creative consultant, birth & spiritual doula, and mother. She is the owner and founder of Soul Body Finesse, a sound healing and wellness studio in Minneapolis, MN.
Their mission at the studio is to share the experience of sound healing meditation and self-care with as many people as they can. She wants people to walk away feeling deeply connected to themselves and empowered to show up in the world as their true selves- confident in their wisdom and being. She believes that having access to and being exposed to potent healing modalities while coming together to feel safe in community is vital in our lives today. They are striving to make their healing sanctuary an accessible place where all can come together as a community to heal and grow. They do this by offering affordable memberships, scholarships and public workshops, and special events.
It was through radical self-care and holistic therapies that allowed Caty to heal and align with her soul’s purpose of creating safe spaces for people to connect, heal, share, and grow together. She enjoys intuitively connecting with others by supporting self-care practices to stimulate growth, inner peace, and self-acceptance. She has a passion for serving and empowering women, mothers, and all people to heal during difficult transitions in their lives.
