Episode notes

Former Special Agent Joe Banister Exposes the Fake 1040-A and how the IRS allegedly fabricates computer codes to create fraudulent tax assessments against individuals who never filed returns. Banister, who resigned from the IRS in 1999 after concluding most Americans aren't legally required to pay federal income tax, shares his personal battle against the agency, including a criminal prosecution that ended in acquittal. He also discusses constitutional arguments surrounding the 16th Amendment and income tax, directing listeners to his website, agentfortruth.com, for further evidence.
