

102: Alyssa Olenick - How do you improve your fitness and nutrition?
Alyssa Olenick is a woman who does not mess around. As a multi-passionate big scary goal chaser, everything she does is rooted in a fascination with the potential of the human body. Today, she help others demand better from their training and from themselves, and is on a mission to help all women face their fears, chase big goals, and finally learn to celebrate their bodies.
She has a B.S. in Health Sciences and an M.S. in Exercise Physiology. Over the years, she has done powerlifting competitions, obstacle course races, ultramarathons, CrossFit, Olympic lifting, taught group fitness classes, worked as a personal exercise trainer, and is now using those experiences to teach women how to crush their big scary goals. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology, where she researches sex differences in metabolism and exercise.
