1)describe a learning situation that brought about an epiphany in your career
First time working with Dr. Yessis first hand with a high school quarterback after a major elbow injury.
His initial meeting with Ryan Harrison, and the evaluation that he made on one of his tennis athletes.
2) if you could ask one questions and you know you would get the answer what would that be and why?
Outside training: Why are we here? Why’s all this matter? Why would we care?
Training Based: Where is movement coming from?
3) what’s your escape?
Family time and a good craft beer.
