April is a portrait photographer. She struggled with her weight her entire life. On a camping trip with her husband and best friend, April realized she was unable to move without a great deal of effort. Her best friend shared IF, and April came home and researched fasting. She listened to all of Gin’s books and began her IF journey.
April has lost almost 60 pounds and feels great. IF has corrected her appetite and taught her to listen to her body. While she would like to lose more, April enjoys food without guilt, which has been a very powerful experience for her!
