**EDIT - audio now fixed! Sincere apologies**
Did you miss me? I bet you didn't, but here's a new pod anyway!
My latest edition of Before The ENCORE was one of my first ever recordings, and I was very fortunate to have had the pleasure to sit down and speak to one of my good musical friends for a lengthy chat.
Robert O'Halloran is more colloquially known in the music industry as lo-fi producer extraordinaire JarJarJr. He first rose to prominence in the Irish scene by featuring as the man behind the music on Kojaque's Bubby's Cream, one of the notable tracks on the Deli Daydreams mixtape, all the while gathering millions (yes, millions) of plays on Soundcloud and creating a name for himself as a seminal player in the lo-fi hip-hop instrumental genre worldwide.
In this episode we discuss moving platforms, creative blocks and how to navigate them, finding your feet as a producer and his Splice sample pack, as well as many other musings in between. It's a long one but informative for sure, so strap in and enjoy.
