JCM Berne is the author of Wistful Ascending and the Hybrid Helix series, which is an homage to the comic books he loves reading, as well as the genre of science fiction. The result we get is superheroes in space. His works have been of course compared to the familiar Guardians of the Galaxy, but of course JCM draws his inspiration from a variety of the science fiction that he’s consumed throughout his life.
