Tracee Stanley: Radiant Rest

Devotion to nourishment and self-care is the foundation of what our special guest, Tracee Stanley, models and advocates as an entrepreneur and educator. With over 20 years as a lineaged teacher in the traditions of the Himalayan masters, Tantra and Sri Vidya, she offers yoga nidra, meditation, self-inquiry, teacher trainings and workshops. Her effortless way of sharing ancient teachings in accessible ways is definitely her superpower. Tracee is also the creator of the popular Empowered Life Self - Inquiry Oracle (a 72-soul card deck) and her first book Radiant Rest, was just published in March 2021.

In this episode, Tracee shares with Lee her journey as a creator (that started as a Hollywood film producer) and the role the study and practice of yoga has played in her feeling more aligned, empowered and rejuvenated in her life and in her work.
