1) Describe a learning situation that brought about an epiphany in your career
Stepping away from one position and being let go from a second made him look deep into how he wanted to be as a coach and a person.
2) If you could ask one questions and you know you would get the answer what would that be and why?
“I’d be asking the question of myself, is Sam Portland putting the right things in place to become the man he wants to be?"
3) What’s your escape?
I like being out in nature to escape the noise, and competing because all you can do then is react.
