Conifer will be a 100% gluten-free restaurant, focused on relationships between local Northwest Arkansas farmers and the community. The concept of Conifer is centered around how we treat people, how we interact with people, and how we move forward together. Chef Matt Cooper has planted the seeds, we're excited to watch his new adventure and culinary addition to Bentonville, AR grow.
