Why The Acute Chronic Ratio Isn't This Simple

In this video I talk about how I made a mistake believing the A:C ratio has to be between 0.80 - 1.30. When you look at the graph from Tim you will see there is no difference from 1.30-1.75 and the real "Danger Zone" is not until 2.0.
