When you’re starting out on your entrepreneurial journey, it can be very rewarding to say yes to a lot of opportunities. However, once you reach a certain level of success, dealing with too many things becomes exhausting and causes you to spread yourself too thin.
So at a certain point, you have to choose what you want to focus on. But as we all know too well, saying no can make us feel very guilty. This is something that my client Diego recently realized about himself and decided he wanted to change.
In this coaching session, I help him get clear on setting boundaries on where he's supposed to be focused, and get into alignment with where he needs to start saying no.
