Get to know Lauren:
"My name is Lauren Staley. Thank you for visiting my site! I am a group fitness instructor, health coach, wife and mother of three (one happens to have fur). Prior to having my first son, I was teaching 10-12 classes a week, including dance aerobics, Zumba, Yoga, strength training, interval training, and warm water therapy. Now that I am a full time momma, my schedule has changed quite a bit, but I still have a calling to help others feel physically and mentally great through movement. Now that I am navigating through a pre/postnatal body, I have been especially driven to help mommas feel confident and capable despite all the changes these miraculous bodies go through."
