Wayne Hubbard, CEO of ReLondon, is on a mission to help Londoners revolutionise their relationship with stuff. His organisation, which is a partnership of the Mayor of London and the London boroughs, is designed to transform the city into a leading low carbon circular economy, and to improve its waste and resource management.
