216 - Is Alimony only for Women?

Commentary on some recent YouTube videos triggered today's show.  The commentator was surprised by the responses women had to a recent award of alimony to Kelly Clarkson's soon to be ex-husband.  In this show, Leh and Todd discuss alimony.  They explore how it is gender neutral as written (in Georgia, at least), but often it is not gender neutral in application.  

They close out the show by discussing steps you should take make the best possible claim for alimony in light of your circumstances.
