My Work as an Innovation StrategistI help lead Catapult, an innovation and activation shop that works with churches, denominations, networks, non-profits and socialpreneurs. I spend time with organizations like the NewThing Network, the ECO denomination, Exponential, 100 Movements, Crossroads Cincy, Halftime, Christ Together, Younique and others. I also work with some of the fastest growing and innovative churches in the Western church.

Local Work in Richmond,VAWhile I’m no longer a full-time pastor, I continue to serve as a pastor and elder of a local church in the city center of Richmond, VA, where I live with my wife Elizabeth, three kids and our Great Dane. It is a racially and socially economically diverse church, focusing our mission on two square miles of real estate that just happen to have the 6th highest concentration of poverty in the United States.
