Self-Love Wisdom From A Rebel Lifestyle Designer, Kendra Araujo

Kendra Araujo is the founder of Rebel Lifestyle Design, author, speaker and world traveler who helps women break free from imposed expectations and create their dream life.

After fulfilling her lifelong dream of traveling the world and visiting over 41 countries in less than 3 years, Kendra left her successful award-winning interior design firm against everyone's advice to help others achieve their dreams like she had achieved hers. Self-proclaimed "rebel and free", Kendra wrote the book 'Mom Is NOT Always Right' and founded Rebel Lifestyle Design to empower girls in their 20's and 30's to follow their dreams, even if they go against their family's or society's expectations.

She is a certified Wellness coach, Licensed Fire Starter and has hosted live workshops internationally, where she has helped hundreds of women get closer to their dream life by following her step by step process. She has appeared on TV, radio and podcasts internationally. You can find her rocking her signature blonde curls, traveling in style with her husband, doing yoga or volunteering at local charities.

Things We Learned From This Episode

1. Loving yourself is a rebelious act in itself, and the most important act in your life.
2. To figure out what you really want and desire in life, pay attention to how you feel. Notice how you feel at work, with friends, doing activities and reflect on what lights you up and what's a burden.
3. Find mentors who are doing what you want and ask them to guide, coach or mentor you. Learn from others doing something similar.
4. Surround yourself with positive people who will cheer you on and want you to succeed.
