Brooke McAlary is a writer, podcaster. She's also the host and creator of the iTunes #1 Health show, Slow Home Podcast and founder of Jackrabbit.FM. Brooke lives with her husband and two kids in the Blue Mountains of Australia and suffers a severe case of wanderlust.

Brooke has been connecting with people online since 2011, when she launched her blog, Slow Your Home. Since then she’s connected with more than 2 million people and her first podcast, The Slow Home Podcast has been downloaded more than 1.3 million times and was voted by iTunes as one of the top new shows of 2015. She also loves shiraz, naps, snowboarding and travel. Always with the travel.
