#454 Arnold Schwarzenegger Diet And Workout At 72

Today we are talking Arnold Schwarzenegger.

My fellow Austrian buddy…well buddy might be a little bit overdone but he is just a bodybuilding and fitness legend. However he is relatively old know (he is still working out though) and you might wonder what his workouts look like now and especially also his diet. He had a surgery lately so he had to adapt certain things: Not a lot of animal proteins anymore and no heavy weights. I would say that he is still in pretty good form…I mean he is 72.
