Meditation is an ancient practice that has been used for centuries to promote peace, relaxation and self-awareness. There are many different types of meditation, but the goal of all meditation is to quiet the mind and focus on the present moment.
When you meditate, you allow yourself to become fully absorbed in the experience. This means letting go of all thoughts and distractions, and simply focusing on your breath or a mantra. The goal is to reach a state of pure awareness, where you are not thinking about anything at all.
