Presence is a choice. It requires mindful awareness and consistent practice. I’m not sure there’s much more to it than that, and yet I’m confident there’s nothing more important.

Though Sean and I are bound by blood, share thousands of similar interests and remain best mates, it’s recent youth work that we’ve been doing that has really started bringing our unique threads together. Sean’s new business is thriving and I’m honoured to be apart of it.

I’m a firm believer that we’re all connected with one another, but I’m still often perplexed at how “lucky” I got having a brother like Sean. As this next phase of our lives begins, I’m honoured to be walking by his side and I trust our conversation will spark some inspiration on yours.
