This conversation today is about staying aware that we don't become accustomed to staying within our comfort zones and over-protecting ourselves. To help us explore this conundrum is an expert mind, body, and medicine clinician, Dr. Emma Mardlin.
Dr. Em, as she’s commonly known, is a writer, metaphysical researcher, trainer, psychotherapist, and founding member of the Pinnacle Practice in the UK, where she works primarily with both adults and children dealing with psychological and physical conditions and traumas. Her clinical practice involves human psychology, the unconscious mind, and the entire neurology to activate positive results both mentally and physically.
I found out about her book ‘Out of Your Comfort Zone: Breaking Boundaries for a Life Beyond Limits’ - published in 2019, and I really wanted to dive into the psychology behind living in a comfort zone.
