We can find balance through meditation and dreams in order to not allow nightmares to disturb our psyche. Meditation and breathwork are a great ways to start to grow internally and calm the mind.

I also learned about the Harmonic Convergence, the world's first synchronized global peace meditation, which occurred on August 16–17, 1987. This event also closely coincided with an exceptional alignment of planets in the Solar System. The convergence is purported to have "corresponded with a great shift in the earth’s energy from warlike to peaceful.
