PX Espresso Hour☕with Luke O'Mahoney
Episode 6 - Gary Cookson - HR for Hybrid Working
Today I am joined by Gary Cookson - an expert in workplace performance and a prominent thought leader in HR and organisational design.
Once again we had a great conversation, exploring Gary's most significant life and work experiences which have shaped the person he is today, and of course, informed the work he aligns himself too in building thriving organisations.
We also dove into Gary's book, HR for Hybrid Working, which is excellent! I learned many things in this conversation that I will carry forward into my own work and I also had some of my understanding of what hybrid working is and should be challenged, in a really positive way.
As ever, I really enjoyed this conversation and I hope that you do to.
Enjoy!
