Episode #171 - Brigit Rollins (Environmental Law Update)

We've got one of the most knowlegable environmenal lawyers in the country here today to give us a rundown on some of the current legal issues imapcting agriculture and environmental law.  We certainly had no shortage of topics to cover.  As you will hear, there are a number of lawsuits related to pesticides around the country, including one that is moving so fast, we had to record an update a mere hour after we finished this episode!  We also jump into the Clean Water Act to discuss where things stand with WOTUS and the County of Maui "functional equivalent test."
