This is a quote that you will hear me frequently repeat on the podcast, not only because it's an impactful quote, but also because every human struggles with comparison. Whether it is in running, school, work, etc, we are constantly comparing ourselves to others affecting our performance and, more importantly, our well-being.

Shannon is a professional mental performance counselor who is incredibly bright on many subjects, including that of comparison.
