When I surveyed listeners, I asked them what they struggled with when it came to being a better person. And so many of them said people-pleasing. Let's talk about how to stop giving a shit about whether other people are happy with you or not. Hahaha, not exactly--you can still care about whether the people in your life are happy, but you can unhook some of those beliefs in your mind that make it seem like their happiness is your responsibility.
