In this episode I am talking a little more about the 3Ps Plan, Prioritise and Pace, and how implementing them into daily life can prevent crashes. I discuss the 4th P how this came about and why this is an important additional P as we continue on this uncertain journey. I explain how I put the 4Ps into my life and while I am certainly not perfect I am learning. I have found using the 4Ps gives me a physical and mental awareness, using this can help prevent crashes from pushing too hard. I hope you find this episode helpful.
