Our heads and our hearts need to be in a certain place to be successful. In all parts of our lives, whether it be fitness, money, or relationships, having your head and your heart in the right place is what leads to that freedom and fulfillment that we all crave. The potential for success is in all of us if we just figure out how to tap into that.

This week, I’m flying solo to share some meaningful notes on going from mediocrity to an MVP. The day-to-day adversity we face as men is not ideal, and it’s definitely not easy, but it’s also an opportunity to build back stronger and reach that success we’ve been working towards.
