We discuss the practice of separating new war recruits from seasoned field operatives. Joe highlights his unclassified work as a psychic spy, now showcased at the NSA Cryptological Museum in Washington, to the apparent dismay of the CIA. He also explores OBE versus lucid dreaming, surviving a nested lucid dream state during a government-sponsored experiment, enduring bear attacks, and encountering informational beings in the out-of-body state.
