What if I Told You Imposter Syndrome is Not Real?

Don’t freak out. Or maybe you should. Turns out that your self-doubt may not be because of your inability to own your success. It may be because you are being told that you don’t belong. So yeah, there can be some serious gaslighting going on that has led you to fully own the idea: I’m an Imposter. But maybe Imposter Syndrome isn’t real? Maybe what’s real is that you have been told in subtle and not so subtle ways that you don’t fit in.
