45. Laurel Gallucci: Co-Founder of Sweet Laurel Bakery

Today, we welcome Laurel Gallucci to HSDT! Laurel is the co-founder of Sweet Laurel Bakery, a whole foods baking company with the best, organic, whole ingredients going into grain-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free desserts. 

Laurel has been baking since childhood and has a mission to make foods that are both crave-worthy and healthy. When Laurel was put on a strict elimination diet because of an autoimmune disorder, she began tinkering with the ingredients she could eat to make delicious foods that her friends and family were delighted with. 

When she isn’t working with her co-founder, Claire Thomas, sharing baking tips on Instagram or creating a recipe out of her cult-favorite cookbook, she is likely enjoying time with her husband and two sons.
