Matt Dobbins is the self-proclaimed “better half” of the Dobbins family. Hahaha!

Anyway, back to Matt- Matt's weight loss journey is not something that you will find discussed much on social media, but it is a story that resonates with many in the weight loss community. He had to battle emotional eating, sugar addictions, and binge eating to shed over 100 pounds!

Matt credits his success to finding Vinnie Tortorich’s No Sugars No Grains, aka NSNG, and by following other Carnivore and Keto luminaries like Shawn Baker and Robert Sikes, all of which who have been former guests on our show as well.
