In Episode 128 we sit down and discuss the darkness trying to get its hooks back into you! This show has been a platform that I have always prided myself on being brutally honest and 100% authentic. I’ve shared my struggles with listeners and the tools and mindset I’ve implemented to overcome depression and suicidal ideations. I slipped back into the darkness for a moment in time recently and it scares me to know that it is still in there.
