Matt James was on the 25th season of the Bachelor. He was also on Dancing With the Stars. Matt is also the founder of the nonprofit ABC Food Tours which he talks all about in this episode.
Matt ran the NYC Marathon with Shalane Flanagan. This was his fourth marathon, he has now run NYC twice, the Chicago Marathon, and the Boston Marathon. He has a goal to break three hours in the marathon one day so he has big goals going forward!
He has a heart for giving back and finding a purpose in life and that was so fun to hear about in this episode!
