“Stop being a weenie” is the motto of my guest on this week’s episode.

My guest, Katie McManus was diagnosed with ADHD when she was 7 years old.  

Her motto, "stop being a weenie"  speaks to her belief that anything can be accomplished with a little bravery.  To this end, she is also host of the podcast, Weeniecast, available wherever podcasts are found. 

Katie turned her challenges as a person with ADHD into a 7-figure business, coaching mission-driven and ADHD Entrepreneurs to get out of overwhelm and into an approach that actually works for them. 

Katie is a straightforward business strategist and coach who believes in empowered decision-making over waiting for motivation to strike.

 I came away from our interview wondering if in fact, I am ADHD!  I felt like a first-year psychology student who sees herself on every page of the textbook.  It certainly does answer a lot of questions I’ve had over the years.  

Far from being scary, a diagnosis of ADHD may just answer a lot of questions you’ve had about yourself and your life and in any case, unlocking these superpowers will work for you whether you are ADHD or neuro-typical (a fancy term for “normal”).
