Dr. Terry Wahls on How to Heal Autoimmune Naturally

Dr. Terry Wahls talks to Wendy about how she and you can heal autoimmune disease naturally. Dr. Wahls had always relied on drugs and surgery to treat her patients, but found that as a patient herself conventional medicine was failing her. Determined to find a cure Dr Wahls switched from a vegetarian to a Paleo diet and began various therapies, reversing her symptoms to the point where she was able to walk without a cane and even bike 18 miles in one day.
